Cozy pet-friendly room with all the essentials - loved the comfy bed and heater, slept like a baby 😊. It was super handy having a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and refrigerator right in the room.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the attractions and the shop and surrounding area. Liked our room that was should be updated cleaned painted add new bedding and available with the amenities as well as the heater.

We had a very pleasant experience. The room was spotless and pet-friendly, and location of the hotel was nice! The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were absolutely rude.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. the room had beautiful decorations and all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a heater that had everything we wanted. the existence of a shower and hairdryers was a nice bonus. the entire experience, from start to finish, was very pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

The staff are courteous and polite. They really care about the guests. The location is in an absolutely perfect spot. The hotel is located in East San Antonio district, close to San Antonio, the airport, and the Riverwalk. The restaurant serves hot local food.
